Hi Tammy, hope you can help. I have the E2 Anniversary Edition and it came pre-loaded with four cartridges, one of which is Cricut American Alphabet. However in craft room it's titled Cricut Alphabet and when i try to cut, it's aksking me to insert the cartridge (which I don't have because it's pre-loaded). The other three pre-loaded cartidges work fine, this is the only one I have this issue with. Any suggestion?

Thanks for making the announcement, Tammy. I was a beta-tester, and I'm so happy that they included a built-in cartridge with basic shapes and more. I really like this tool and think others will, too.
