I downloaded CCR this summer and it completely destroyed my Expression. I couldn't even turn it on. Provo Craft replaced it with a used model, but now I am afraid to try this again. What are your thoughts on this. Is it safe?

You made the instructions simple :) BUT, I did click on "Web Version" first and then clicked on the PC box. I didn't get anything after the downloading like you did to check what I wanted and I can't find it in my downloads.
What do I do now?

Good morning and thank you! I had wondered if the download needed to happen since this is web based and you answered my question. Now I say, "Duh!" The driver's make sense!

I have a couple of questions though, at this point should I delete Design Studio from my computer? I take it since I have the original Expression I will still need to use my USB when I am ready to cut. Do you know, will I periodically have to update my firmware?
