Shhhh! CRICUT IMAGINE on SALE for 2 days ONLY!
Wow!! Have you been on the fence about the Cricut Imagine? Well, it's time to hop off that fence because today and tomorrow only you can purchase the IMAGINE for only $299!! I'm not sure how this sale was advertised, but if you go to CRICUT IMAGINE for $299 you can see all the details. There are some great videos on the Imagine at that link and you can really get some AWESOME inspiration for the Imagine at our Creative Critterz Imaginations blog!
Today, design team member, Katie has a video showing how to print on balsa wood with the Imagine!! Seriously! She made the cutest card out of it! Be prepared to spend some time there, because the whole team has been busy lately with everything from cards to magnets and more! Check it out!

CRICUT CAKE Classes Still Available!
Hello Everyone!!
Well, it's been a crazy couple of days and you might notice that my blog address is no longer www.cricutcritters.com. It is now simply www.tammyskinner.com. I apologize to all of my followers who have been trying to log onto my blog the last few days, you were probably redirected to a website that was offering my domain for sale. Yep... that's right. Long story short... I inadvertantly allowed my domain registration to lapse and it got auctioned off and a company called WebContent.com is now the proud owners of www.cricutcritters.com. Oh, they were kind enough to offer it back to me for a mere $800, but I am gracefully (okay, maybe not so graceful) declining. I have purchased the domain www.tammyskinner.com instead and will redirect all my blog traffic through that domain. I'm hoping that this will be an easy transition and most of you know me by name anyway. Can you please help me get the word out?
Thankfully all of my blog content is still intact (whew!) and I will chalk this up to a learning experience! Now onto much more fun topics!!
Don't forget that I am giving away a CRICUT CAKE machine this week! Winner will be announced on Friday. On top of that, I've been given TWO of the cake cartridges to give away too! So, that's 3 winners to announce on Friday!

I wasn't able to go to the Stampede, but I'm having a great time reading about it and seeing all of the photos and videos that are posted. You two did an awesome job planning and pulling it off. The Texas State Fair dinner looks like it was a whoopin' great time! Maybe one year I'll be able to go; it would be great to meet some of the Cricut MB members in person. Thanks for a chance at the wonderful giveaway!
March 23, 2011 12:42 PM
Congratulations Cathy! Email me at cc.ladybug@yahoo.com with your address and I will get it in the mail next week when I return from Boston. I'll post pictures of the bag tomorrow so that everyone can see what was in the bag. WAY too tired tonight, Patch insisted on going to the IMAX after he played 2 hockey games *facepalm*. :)

There were more, so I apologize if I didn't get a picture! We just thought that this was so fun! The excitement that everyone brought to the Stampede is what helped make it soooo successful! Look at all the 'cricuting' on these doors! I can see that the PAPER DOLLS cartridge was definitely a favorite for this project! Love that cartridge!
Don't forget that I am giving away a SWAG BAG on FRIDAY!! I will draw the winner around midnight EST... since I will be in Boston at the time! Going to go see my son play ice hockey that night, but I'll post the winner after the game! Oh! How about a hint as to the contents of the SWAG BAG? It does contain one of the cartridges that is represented on some of the doors above! And it's not the PAPER DOLLS one! Have fun guessing!

Tammy

FATHER'S DAY SEASONAL: Welcome to Texas
Hello Everyone!
Here's a fun basket that I made for one of our guests this past weekend at the Stampede. I used the brand new FATHER'S DAY SEASONAL Cricut Cartridge for my sign.
The 'Welcome 2 Texas' was cut with my gypsy using DON JUAN. But the cards and chips (cut at 6") are from the FATHER'S DAY Cartridge, along with the 'shield' background (cut at 11").
It says, "Welcome 2 Texas" because we are "Lucky to have you!"
We added a bunch of goodies... popcorn, a bucket of candy, Texas shaped cookies, tissue, soda, etc. Oh! Btw... see that Texas shaped sugar cookie? Well, there is one in the SWAG BAG that I am giving away this Friday morning! I'll be in Boston, but will log-in to give it away from there.
I leave for Boston tomorrow... going up there for the COLLINS GROUP EDUCATION & TRADE SHOW. I'll be representing PictureKeeper at this show for vendors. The best part about this trip is that I also get to spend a couple of days with my oldest son, who just moved to Boston! Gonna be fun!

Texas Cricut Stampede: THANK YOU EVERYONE!
Howdy ya'll!!
Wow! We had a blast at this past weekend's Cricut Stampede! It sold out at 200 attendees that came from all over... Oklahoma, New Mexico, Louisanna, Mississippi, Georgia, Tennessee, Virgina, New York, Missouri, Utah, Colorado,Minnesota, Oregon, California, Alaska and ENGLAND! Chime in if I missed your state... I'm not looking at my guest list.
Everyone had their own 6' table in a craftroom that was 15,000 sq ft! Including the ballrooms that the General Store, Chow Hall and classes were all in... we used over 33,000 sq ft for this event! It was awesome and my feet hurt because I don't think I sat down all weekend long! LOL!
I want to say THANK YOU to everyone who came! The excitement and energy could just be felt all weekend long. There were about 20 ladies or so that cropped all night long... some both nights! An even bigger THANK YOU goes out to our sponsor, Provo Craft! Mike, Shannon, Janna, Anna and Rachel... it was awesome getting to 'hang-out' and work with you guys. The giveaways and prizes you gave away this weekend were beyond generous and very appreciated!

Our class instructors rocked the house with creative classes. Thank you, Teresa Collins, Cindy, Lisa, Monique and my dear dear friend, Robyn! I really enjoyed working with each of you!
Monique, Pam, Robyn, Tammy, Karlee & Angela
And a REALLY BIG THANK YOU to our volunteers and our BELLHOPS! They were awesome and we couldn't have done it without them! Our 5 bellhops worked for tips and all their tips went towards their church mission trip that they go on every year! They hauled alot of scrapping supplies in and out of the hotel.
We thought we would have fun with Friday night's dinner and it was themed "Texas State Fair"... who doesn't like cotton candy & moon pies? lol!
I've got more pictures to share once I find my other SD card! At this point it could be anywhere! Yikes!
Hmmm... would you like to see the swag bag that I am giving away this week? I bet you would! It's got secrets inside... everything that the Stampede attendees got and another little surprise! I'm gonna give it away on Friday, so you know what to do if you want to be the lucky one to win!

HELLO THURSDAY - MARCH 2011
Hello Everyone!!
WHAT!?! Seven new cricut cartridges were announced yesterday while I was busy setting up for the Texas Cricut Stampede here in Frisco, Texas!!
Some awesome cartridges to work with! I already know that the LUAU will be used quite heavily with my cruise pictures I just got back (way too many pics! LOL) and my youngest is graduating this year, so it is perfect timing for the GRADUATION cartridge!!
I'll be back with a project that I did using FATHER'S DAY.... it's not just for Father's Day either! Wink wink!
How about a HELLO THURSDAY GIVEAWAY! In honor of our Texas Cricut Stampede, I have a special goody bag to give away! It is not the SWAG bags we are giving everyone today, because those are exclusive for those attending, but this GOODY bag will have 'some' of the goodies from the SWAG bag and a cartridge! Which cartridge? Well, that's a surprise! LOL! Everyone likes suprises, right? Leave a comment on this post for a chance to win!!
I'll be back now, ya hear?!!
