Vinyl Wall Art is addictive!

Hi there!

I would like for you to meet my little sister, Tracy!!!

She loves her cricut as much as I do and has been playing with vinyl lately!  Here are just two of the projects that she has recently done...

Cute little family from CAR DECALS Cricut cartridge.  Instead of putting them on her car, she applied them to the door that leads to her garage.  This was such a cute idea!  My favorite though is the 'family name' wall that she decorated!

The last names are plaques that she had made in spain out of these beautiful tiles.  She hung them and incorporated black vinyl to bring them together in a meaningful saying.

The cartridges used were GYPSY FONT, PLANTIN SCHOOLBOOK and HOME DECOR.  I just love how this wall turned out!  We are both 'self-professed' vinyl addicts! LOL!  Tracy said she has to 'pace' herself, because now she wants to put vinyl on EVERYTHING!  He hee!

I have several vinyl projects and 'how-to' videos that can be found by clicking on the PROJECTS - VINYL label in the right hand column of this blog.  Enjoy and fair warning... it is addictive!!

Creatively yours,

Tammy

Beautiful wall. I to could put vinyl everywhere! It is easy to make and easy to change. So far I have done my wall in the family room and my rocking chairs on my front porch.

I guess you’re right. My sister became addicted to vinyl wall art as well. I have a few in my bedroom but I don’t plan on adding some more because it will look messy.

Honestly. I want someone like you to accompany me in my house. We could share insights about art and apply our ideas. I will design my walls because of this post.

It is very addicting. You could end up designing every corner of your house. Its not that bad but having a theme is better rather than sticking anything on the wall.

Nice design! That's the kind of artistic, yet simple design I wanted to be printed on pocket folders. Thanks for sharing!

How did you make those plaques? This is great for another wall decor in our living room. I've been searching online and I still can't think of better materials for the wall decor that I want.

Great looking wall decor there. It compliments the wall. I guess you can fit a side table there, for added effect.

Vinyl war looks like a lot of fun! I wonder if I can get some vinyl from the local stores so I can get started on my own design projects?

Great way to customize. In my opinion, art that appears to be natural best exemplifies its description. It should always go with the flow and blend with other details.

Simple customization makes things more elegant like vinyl wall art and the printed door. It's a great art idea.
