Here's another really cute boy cartridge!!
BUMP IN THE NIGHT
Cricut Lite
This cartridge is perfect for my 2yr old nephew!! LOL! He's such a little monster, but such a cute one at the same time! I love all the different monsters to choose from on this cartridge.
I chose to paint two on the front of a little 3T t-shirt that I bought at Walmart for $3.50.
And painted the wordart 'Scary' on the back! LOL! Because my nephew is so cute, it's scary! ;-)
Love the horns and hair!
I used the 'freezer-paper' technique to make a stencil with my cricut. Ironed the freezer paper (shiny side down) to my t-shirt and painted the different layers. So so easy! This is not a new technique, so I didn't do a video, but if you are unfamiliar with it and want me to make a video on, please leave a comment and I will be happy to do so! I just hate to waste your time with an old technique ;-)
I love how the little monster is coming up out of the pocket! LOL!
These guys were cut at 3" and are perfect for my little t-shirt!
My nephew loves his new shirt! With the help of his big brother, they named the monsters Bill & Bob. LOL!
Creatively yours,
Tammy

I would love a video on how to do the freezer paper technique! I was newer to the cricut when the freezer paper fad was in and missed out on the "how-to's". Great job!!

What a cute t-shirt. I love it!
Okay...so this is adorable! But...I could do something similar with Mini Monsters. It is time for PC to start coming out with some fresh idea cartridges. Too many of them are similar to cartridges already out...or the cuts are similar to cuts already on other cartridges. Maybe they should think quality instead of quantity.

kristyscraps@sbcglobal.net
I absolutely adore the shirt that you made! This has got to be my all-time favorite cartridge! I have two teenage boys so they have long outgrown the "monster" phase, but I am mentoring a young teacher who wants to decorate her two year old son's room with a monster decor. I am definitely going to have to get this cartridge so that I can make some vinyl cut-outs for his room. Now that I have seen your nephew's shirt, I think I just might try the freezer paper technique and make him a shirt to match his room decor...How cool would that be??? He would love, love, love it!
Thanks for sharing your talents with us!
Hugs,
Gail
